How do we spell success?

People who care.  Supporting our parks.

The backbone of Funky Fridays.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of each and every volunteer, the past five summers have been phenomenal.  Now, in just a few weeks, we will be joining hands once again, returning to The Hood Mansion and working together to make the 6th Annual summer concert series @ The Hood the best FUNdraiser ever.

Our host and beneficiary, Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation, advocates on behalf of Sonoma County Regional Parks.  Funds raised will benefit our parks wildfire recovery efforts and other Regional Parks projects throughout Sonoma Valley. Let's do it!

This venue offers easy access to the concerts with ample parking, plus spacious lawn seating.  Each Friday night, hundreds of music-lovers sit back and enjoy the ambience or get up and dance the night away with performances by some of the best bands in Northern California.  Make the choice now to join our team of high-spirited volunteers - let's make this happen!

Each registered volunteer who initially signs up for five or more time slots throughout the 14-week series will receive a complimentary VOLUNTEER SEASON PASS.  These volunteer complimentary passes are transferable - the evenings you volunteer, a family member or friend may use your pass and enjoy the concert, too - now that's an incentive, for sure!

Listed on the right are eight volunteer positions available - sign up now!

All volunteer positions are equally valuable.  We all work together with enthusiasm and positive attitudes, knowing from experience that it works!  Treat yourself to a little bit of fun this summer - volunteer at Funky Fridays!

Many of the positions require several volunteers and all the slots must be filled each week.  We know we can count on you.  Give a few hours on Friday evenings to support Sonoma County Regional Parks.

How about spreading the word to several of your co-workers, family members and friends?  Sign up together and have a fun night out with those you love @ The Hood - The Hood Mansion, that is!

Whatever volunteer position chosen, pack a chair and plan to enjoy the concert, too.  We need more volunteers this year to help with set-up and tear-down positions - come early or stay a bit later to lend a hand - volunteering for either of these two positions will be so appreciated!  Registered volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.  Volunteers will be recognized at every concert by wearing a volunteer lanyard with badge.

It's so easy...check out the band schedule, choose your dates and sign up to join our team today!
